Actul normativ completeaz\u0103 cadrul legal pentru atestarea, amenajarea \u0219i administrarea acestor trasee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201eRom\u00e2nia are locuri incredibile, iar Via Transilvanica e dovada vie c\u0103 le putem pune \u00een valoare cu pasiune \u0219i viziune. E un proiect care une\u0219te \u021bara prin natur\u0103, cultur\u0103 \u0219i pove\u0219ti locale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"840\" height=\"840\" src=\"https:\/\/magazinmr.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/518128675_23982623554698189_9167475275268641553_n-840x840.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4548\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">P\u00e2n\u0103 acum, ini\u021biativele de genul acesta s-au f\u0103cut mai mult din ambi\u021bie dec\u00e2t cu sprijin legal. De azi, \u00eens\u0103, avem reguli clare care permit recunoa\u0219terea oficial\u0103 a traseelor de drume\u021bie na\u021bionale. Sper ca exemplul Via Transilvanica s\u0103 inspire \u0219i alte comunit\u0103\u021bi s\u0103-\u0219i spun\u0103 povestea \u0219i s\u0103 transforme mersul pe jos \u00eentr-o form\u0103 autentic\u0103 de turism durabil\u201d, spune Radu Miru\u021b\u0103, ministrul Economiei, Digitaliz\u0103rii, Antreprenoriatului \u0219i Turismului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"840\" height=\"840\" src=\"https:\/\/magazinmr.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/491114054_9860228024039358_3537821456193117584_n-840x840.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4547\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Via Transilvanica traverseaz\u0103 \u0219i jude\u021bul Hunedoara de la est, la vest, sub denumirea de TERRA DACICA. \u00cen Hunedoara, drumul trece pe la cet\u0103\u0163ile dacice, prin \u0162ara Ha\u0163egului \u015fi Retezat, pe o distan\u0163\u0103 de aproape 150 de km. Traseul \u00een jude\u021bul Hunedoara care va fi marcat de pietrele de hotar trece prin opt a\u0219ez\u0103ri: Romos, Beriu, Or\u0103\u0219tioara de Sus, Bo\u0219orod, Pui, S\u0103la\u0219u de Sus, R\u00e2u de Mori \u0219i Sarmizegetusa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"840\" height=\"797\" src=\"https:\/\/magazinmr.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/502535608_24552137437706377_1356500274773662025_n-840x797.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4546\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pentru a primi atestarea, un traseu pedestru de interes na\u021bional trebuie s\u0103 \u00eendeplineasc\u0103 mai multe criterii cumulative, printre care:s\u0103 aib\u0103 o lungime de cel pu\u021bin 500 km \u0219i s\u0103 str\u0103bat\u0103 minimum opt jude\u021be (sau cel pu\u021bin 200 km dac\u0103 traverseaz\u0103 sau se \u00eenvecineaz\u0103 cu situri naturale UNESCO);&nbsp;s\u0103 parcurg\u0103 \u00een propor\u021bie de minimum 70% din lungimea traseului zone naturale \u0219i rurale;s\u0103 includ\u0103 obiective turistice, precum: monumente istorice, situri arheologice, arii naturale protejate sau situri UNESCO;&nbsp;&nbsp;s\u0103 fie \u00eenso\u021bit de un ghid, care s\u0103 cuprind\u0103 harta \u0219i elemente de identitate vizual\u0103 ale traseului, profilul cu diferen\u021be de nivel, spa\u021bii de cazare \u0219i alte informa\u021bii turistice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Traseele pedestre de interes na\u021bional contribuie direct la punerea \u00een valoare a unor zone autentice, mai pu\u021bin frecventate, adesea afectate de lipsa de investi\u021bii \u0219i depopulare, oferindu-le o nou\u0103 perspectiv\u0103 de dezvoltare. Turi\u0219tii care aleg s\u0103 le parcurg\u0103 se vor putea conecta, astfel, cu natura, pove\u0219tile \u0219i comunit\u0103\u021bile locale, redescoperind valorile simple \u0219i sus\u021bin\u00e2nd un turism responsabil \u0219i durabil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Toate traseele vor beneficia de un sistem standardizat de semnalizare, cu marcaje vizibile \u0219i coerente \u2013\u00a0borne, indicatoare, balustrade sau refugii, astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t,  drume\u021bii s\u0103 poat\u0103 urma ruta \u00een siguran\u021b\u0103, f\u0103r\u0103 riscul de a se r\u0103t\u0103ci. Acest sistem unitar, g\u00e2ndit cu aten\u021bie la experien\u021ba c\u0103l\u0103torilor, contribuie la orientarea facil\u0103, dar \u0219i la crearea unei identit\u0103\u021bi vizuale distincte pentru fiecare traseu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"840\" height=\"840\" src=\"https:\/\/magazinmr.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/523849254_10236025162231020_5529141475913282291_n-840x840.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4549\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;\u00cen plus, leg\u0103tura cu mijloace de transport la capetele traseelor, asigur\u0103 o accesibilitate mai mare, ceea ce transform\u0103 aceste trasee \u00eentr-o op\u021biune viabil\u0103 chiar \u0219i pentru turi\u0219tii afla\u021bi la prima experien\u021b\u0103 de drume\u021bie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Procedural, traseele pedestre de interes na\u021bional vor fi atestate la solicitarea ini\u021biatorului, pe baza unei documenta\u021bii tehnice care va include, printre altele, acordurile proprietarilor sau administratorilor terenurilor str\u0103b\u0103tute, precum \u0219i, acolo unde este cazul, avizul administratorului ariei naturale protejate traversate. Evaluarea documenta\u021biei se va realiza de c\u0103tre o comisie special constituit\u0103.
