Ne dorim totodat\u0103 s\u0103 cre\u0103m o platform\u0103 de colaborare \u00eentre arti\u0219ti, buc\u0103tari, exper\u021bi \u00een schimb\u0103ri climatice sau din alte sectoare relevante \u0219i comunitatea local\u0103 \u0219i s\u0103 gener\u0103m con\u021binut artistic, cultural-educativ, care s\u0103 inspire publicul s\u0103 adopte practici alimentare mai sustenabile\u201d,<\/em>&nbsp;a declarat Mihaela Ve\u021ban, pre\u0219edinte&nbsp;<strong>CRIES<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Este un program \u00een mai multe etape, iar&nbsp;<strong>CRIES<\/strong>&nbsp;lanseaz\u0103 ast\u0103zi apelul public pentru selec\u021bia participantului\/ a participan\u021bilor la reziden\u021b\u0103. Ace\u0219tia pot fi: arti\u0219ti vizuali, culinari sau interdisciplinari \/ grupuri de arti\u0219ti interesa\u021bi de sfera comun\u0103 a gastronomiei, artei \u0219i sustenabilit\u0103\u021bii, buc\u0103tari profesioni\u0219ti sau amatori, cercet\u0103tori \u00een antropologia alimentar\u0103 sau \u0219tiin\u021bele mediului, activi\u0219ti de mediu interesa\u021bi de alimenta\u021bia sustenabil\u0103, bloggeri sau jurnali\u0219ti culinari.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pe perioada reziden\u021bei,&nbsp;<strong>CRIES<\/strong>&nbsp;va facilita conexiunea participantului\/ participan\u021bilor cu diferi\u021bi exper\u021bi locali, fermieri, buc\u0103tari \u0219i alte persoane relevante din comunitate. &nbsp;Reziden\u021ba va cuprinde o parte de cercetare \u0219i documentare \u2013 cu privire la tradi\u021biile culinare locale \u0219i regionale, o analiz\u0103 a impactului schimb\u0103rilor climatice asupra agriculturii \u0219i disponibilit\u0103\u021bii ingredientelor locale, precum \u0219i una de&nbsp;experimentare culinar\u0103 \u2013 noi re\u021bete, testarea de tehnici de g\u0103tit care conserv\u0103 resursele \u0219i reduc impactul asupra mediului, ingrediente alternative \u0219amd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C\u00e2\u0219tig\u0103torul va beneficia de o&nbsp;<strong>remunera\u021bie de 10.000 de lei<\/strong>&nbsp;pentru realizarea lucr\u0103rii sale\/ a proiectului s\u0103u \u0219i va avea asigurate cazarea \u0219i transportul pentru reziden\u021ba care se va desf\u0103\u0219ura \u00een Timi\u0219oara, pe parcursul unei s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2ni, \u00een 22 iulie-31 august 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cei interesa\u021bi pot depune aplica\u021bii p\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een data de&nbsp;<strong>11 iulie 2025, ora 18:00<\/strong>, pe adresa de email lapas@cries.ro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aplican\u021bii trebuie s\u0103 dovedeasc\u0103, prin portofoliu, c\u0103 au minimum 3 ani de experien\u021b\u0103 artistic\u0103 (expozi\u021bii, proiecte, colabor\u0103ri, publica\u021bii etc.). Toate condi\u021biile sunt prezentate pe larg \u00een&nbsp;<strong><em>Regulamentul de participare la reziden\u021ba artistic\u0103 gastronomic\u0103 \u201eGusturi \u00een schimbare\u201d,<\/em><\/strong>&nbsp;disponibil pe site-ul&nbsp;<strong>CRIES<\/strong>,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/cries.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/REGULAMENT-DE-PARTICIPARE-\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">aici<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un juriu multidisciplinar va desemna apoi c\u00e2\u0219tig\u0103torul\/ c\u00e2\u0219tig\u0103torii, \u00een decurs de 10 zile. Vor fi selecta\u021bi o persoan\u0103\/ un proiect c\u00e2\u0219tig\u0103tor \u0219i \u00eenc\u0103 dou\u0103 persoane\/proiecte pe lista de rezerv\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C\u00e2\u0219tig\u0103torul va avea o lun\u0103 la dispozi\u021bie,&nbsp; septembrie, pentru a preg\u0103ti lucrarea artistic\u0103\/ proiectul care abordeaz\u0103 tematica propus\u0103, iar \u00een luna octombrie este programat\u0103 prezentarea public\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reziden\u021ba&nbsp;<strong><em>\u201eGusturi \u00een schimbare\u201d<\/em><\/strong>&nbsp;este organizat\u0103 \u00een cadrul proiectului&nbsp;<strong><em>\u201eLA PAS\/ Slowing Down\u201d<\/em><\/strong>&nbsp;implementat de&nbsp;<strong>Asocia\u021bia CRIES \u2013 Centrul de Resurse pentru Ini\u021biative Etice \u0219i Solidare<\/strong>.
