acest document strategic include solu\u021bii pentru transformarea Rom\u00e2niei \u00een destina\u021bie turistic\u0103 bine cunoscut\u0103 \u0219i de \u00eenalt\u0103 calitate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"500\" height=\"500\" src=\"https:\/\/magazinmr.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/WTD24-500x500-en.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3747\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201dViziunea Strategiei este aceea ca Rom\u00e2nia s\u0103 devin\u0103 o destina\u021bie turistic\u0103 bine cunoscut\u0103, de \u00eenalt\u0103 calitate, pe parcursul \u00eentregului an, axat\u0103 pe unicitatea patrimoniului s\u0103u cultural \u0219i natural \u0219i s\u0103 oferim servicii de calibru interna\u021bional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>Sunt dou\u0103 obiective strategice generale: cel al cre\u0219terii ponderii turismului \u00een economie, dar \u0219i sprijinirea cre\u0103rii de locuri de munc\u0103, prin dezvoltarea sustenabil\u0103 a turismului, cu mai multe obiective specifice.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;A\u015f spune \u0219i acela de atragere a turi\u0219tilor care au un buget peste medie, de cre\u0219tere a num\u0103rului de nop\u021bi petrecute \u00een Rom\u00e2nia, cu dezvoltarea tuturor tipurilor de turism \u00een Rom\u00e2nia, de la cel care este dat de sezoanele estivale pe litoral, de turismul de iarn\u0103 pentru sta\u021biunile de schi, p\u00e2n\u0103 la cel cultural sau cel de business, inclusiv partea aceasta, de turism de eveniment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;Trebuie s\u0103 \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m \u0219i s\u0103 \u0219tim mai bine cum s\u0103 ne prezent\u0103m \u0219i s\u0103 avem continuitate, de ce nu, pe litoral \u0219i \u00een partea de iarn\u0103, aduc\u00e2nd conferin\u021be, spre exemplu, pe litoralul rom\u00e2nesc sau \u00een Bucure\u0219ti sau \u00een alte zone ale \u021b\u0103rii, inclusiv turismul adaptiv, cel care se refer\u0103 la persoanele cu dizabilit\u0103\u021bi\u201d a transmis ministrul Radu Oprea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rom\u00e2nia ofer\u0103 o gam\u0103 larg\u0103 de experien\u021be turistice \u0219i are poten\u021bialul de a valorifica mult mai bine capacitatea acestora de a sus\u0163ine cre\u0219terea economic\u0103 la nivel local, regional \u0219i central.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>&nbsp;Tipurile de activit\u0103\u0163i turistice disponibile \u00een Rom\u00e2nia pot fi grupate dup\u0103 cum urmeaz\u0103:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp; Natur\u0103 \u0219i aventur\u0103; Sporturi de iarn\u0103 \u0219i schi;&nbsp; Cultur\u0103 \u0219i istorie; S\u0103n\u0103tate \u0219i wellness;&nbsp; Mare \u0219i soare; City-break-uri;&nbsp; MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferencing, Exhibitions) &#8211; turismul de \u00eent\u00e2lniri, stimulente, conferin\u021be, expozi\u021bii;&nbsp; Gastronomie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"840\" height=\"840\" src=\"https:\/\/magazinmr.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/384390326_701277378706573_2145683410773188560_n-840x840.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3748\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Strategia Na\u021bional\u0103 a Rom\u00e2niei pentru Dezvoltarea Turismului se concentreaz\u0103 pe trei niveluri, pentru a servi drept ghid pentru dezvoltarea sustenabil\u0103 a turismului \u00een Rom\u00e2nia, astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t:&nbsp; s\u0103 consolideze \u00een continuare Rom\u00e2nia ca destina\u021bie turistic\u0103 bine cunoscut\u0103, de talie mondial\u0103, pe tot parcursul anului, precum \u015fi ca destina\u021bie care \u00eendepline\u0219te standardele UE \u00een ceea ce prive\u0219te furnizarea de produse \u0219i servicii;&nbsp; s\u0103 pre\u021buiasc\u0103 oamenii, tradi\u021bia, locurile, patrimoniul natural \u0219i cultural al Rom\u00e2niei;&nbsp; s\u0103 creasc\u0103 vizibilitatea \u0219i reputa\u021bia Rom\u00e2niei pe pie\u021bele interna\u021bionale de turism de prim rang.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"840\" height=\"840\" src=\"https:\/\/magazinmr.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/383232503_630341119273438_5338939913573086412_n-840x840.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3749\" srcset=\"https:\/\/magazinmr.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/383232503_630341119273438_5338939913573086412_n-840x840.jpg 840w, https:\/\/magazinmr.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/383232503_630341119273438_5338939913573086412_n-768x768.jpg 768w, https:\/\/magazinmr.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/383232503_630341119273438_5338939913573086412_n-1024x1024.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/magazinmr.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/383232503_630341119273438_5338939913573086412_n.jpg 1080w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 840px) 100vw, 840px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Turismul \u00een Rom\u00e2nia se confrunt\u0103 cu dou\u0103 mari provoc\u0103ri: mai \u00eent\u00e2i, turi\u0219tii str\u0103ini care viziteaz\u0103 \u00een prezent Rom\u00e2nia nu cheltuie suficient (conform poten\u021bialului) la nivelul destina\u021biei \u0219i \u00een al doilea r\u00e2nd, nu sunt atra\u0219i suficien\u021bi turi\u0219ti care au posibilitatea \u0219i dispozi\u021bia de a cheltui mai mult la nivelul destina\u021biei (turi\u0219ti cu bugete mari pentru cheltuieli \u00een destina\u021bie). Principalii factori determinan\u021bi imedia\u021bi pentru provoc\u0103rile de mai sus sunt:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; Turi\u0219tii care viziteaz\u0103 acum Rom\u00e2nia nu cheltuiesc suficien\u021bi bani din cauza: (a) destina\u0163iilor turistice insuficient dezvoltate sau cunoscute \u0219i a dificult\u0103\u021bilor \u00een a le accesa; (b) a oportunit\u0103\u021bilor insuficiente de consum turistic (care s\u0103 fie \u0219i u\u0219or de g\u0103sit) \u00een ciuda fondurilor personale disponibile \u00een acest sens; \u0219i din cauza (c) calit\u0103\u0163ii necompetitive a experien\u021belor \u0219i a serviciilor disponibile la destina\u021bie;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"840\" height=\"840\" src=\"https:\/\/magazinmr.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/384111713_630341335940083_2968527062378925781_n-840x840.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3750\" srcset=\"https:\/\/magazinmr.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/384111713_630341335940083_2968527062378925781_n-840x840.jpg 840w, https:\/\/magazinmr.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/384111713_630341335940083_2968527062378925781_n-768x768.jpg 768w, https:\/\/magazinmr.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/384111713_630341335940083_2968527062378925781_n-1024x1024.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/magazinmr.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/384111713_630341335940083_2968527062378925781_n.jpg 1080w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 840px) 100vw, 840px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; Num\u0103rul insuficient de turi\u0219ti dispu\u015fi s\u0103 cheltuiasc\u0103 mai mult, din cauza capacit\u0103\u021bii limitate de dezvoltare de politici publice \u00een domeniul turismului, a segment\u0103rii inadecvate a pie\u021bei \u0219i a vizibilit\u0103\u021bii reduse a \u021b\u0103rii \u00een str\u0103in\u0103tate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;Se urm\u0103re\u0219te dezvoltarea \u0219i modernizarea infrastructurii turistice din zona montan\u0103 (infrastructurii pentru sporturi de iarn\u0103, infrastructur\u0103 turistic\u0103 \u00een zona montan\u0103 \u00eenalt\u0103 \u2013 cabane, refugii, trasee turistice, drumurile transcarpatice Transf\u0103g\u0103r\u0103\u0219an, Transalpina, Transrar\u0103u), inclusiv adaptarea acestor infrastructuri la nevoile persoanelor cu dizabilit\u0103\u021bi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sprijinirea moderniz\u0103rii structurilor de primire turistic\u0103 \u00een vederea ob\u021binerii unui nivel de clasificare mai \u00eenalt, respect\u00e2nd \u00een acela\u0219i timp reglement\u0103rile tehnice urbanistice \u0219i arhitecturale pentru mediul construit, inclusiv promovarea conceptului de design universal \u0219i adaptarea acestor infrastructuri la nevoile persoanelor cu dizabilit\u0103\u021bi este un alt obiectiv cuprins \u00een noua strategie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Se mai pune accent pe:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sprijinirea \u0219i stimularea cre\u0103rii de produse autentice, promovarea gastronomiei locale \u0219i a produc\u021biei me\u0219te\u0219ug\u0103re\u0219ti prin organizarea de evenimente \u0219i activit\u0103\u021bi speciale de promovare (expozi\u021bii, festivaluri, ateliere cu demonstra\u021bii \u0219i cursuri pentru turi\u0219ti etc.), inclusiv prin ob\u021binerea atest\u0103rilor de Marc\u0103 tradi\u021bional\u0103, Produs Tradi\u021bional atestat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Crearea unor agende culturale anuale pentru principalele destina\u021bii (evenimente de divertisment \u0219i evenimente care s\u0103 reprezinte motive de vizitare, precum festivaluri, evenimente de ni\u0219\u0103 etc.), promovarea interna\u021bional\u0103 a acestora \u0219i oferirea de informa\u021bii \u00een mai multe limbi, de op\u021biuni de ticketing, pachete de c\u0103l\u0103torie, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Elaborarea de strategii de marketing, realizare branding pentru destina\u021biile turistice regionale, jude\u021bene sau locale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Stimularea de parteneriate public &#8211; private pentru administrarea unor active cu relevan\u021b\u0103 \u00een turism, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201dAceast\u0103 strategie permite o \u0163intire \u0219i mai bun\u0103 a programului de promovare al turismului. A\u0219a cum v-am obi\u0219nuit anul acesta, s\u0103 fim foarte bine \u021binti\u021bi pe \u021b\u0103rile care au poten\u021bial, cum este Marea Britanie, Fran\u021ba, Germania, Italia, unde am avut campanii promovare foarte bune \u0219i s-a v\u0103zut acest lucru prin datele Institutului Na\u021bional de Statistic\u0103, care au ar\u0103tat cre\u0219terea num\u0103rului de turi\u0219tilor str\u0103ini din aceste \u021b\u0103ri \u00een Rom\u00e2nia, care au fost \u021bint\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"840\" height=\"840\" src=\"https:\/\/magazinmr.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/460355452_837153898592158_7490868515227599389_n-840x840.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3751\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lucrul acesta se va \u00eent\u00e2mpla \u0219i mai bine cu aceast\u0103 strategie na\u021bional\u0103 pentru dezvoltarea turismului \u0219i accent, sigur, pe organiza\u021biile de management a destina\u021biei, astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t, \u00een parteneriat cu antreprenorii din turism, s\u0103 putem s\u0103 facem o promovare mai bun\u0103, at\u00e2t pe intern, c\u00e2t \u0219i pe extern, a poten\u021bialului fiec\u0103rei localit\u0103\u021bi din Rom\u00e2nia\u201d a concluzionat ministrul de resort.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Cu prilejul Zilei Mondiale a Turismului, Asocia\u021bia Profesorilor \u0219i Mentorilor din Turism \u201eEdu4Tourism\u201d, Federa\u021bia Industriei Hoteliere din Rom\u00e2nia \u0219i Asocia\u021bia Smart City Bra\u0219ov anun\u021b\u0103 conferin\u021ba interna\u021bional\u0103&nbsp;<\/strong><em>\u201eConvergen\u021be Globale: Turism, Pace \u0219i Educa\u021bie pentru o Lume Interconectat\u0103\u201d<\/em><strong>. Evenimentul va avea loc pe data de 27 septembrie 2024, \u00eentre orele 10:00 \u0219i 15:30, la Hotel Aro Palace din Bra\u0219ov.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Conferin\u021ba se concentreaz\u0103 pe tema&nbsp;<strong>\u201eTurismul \u0219i Pacea\u201d<\/strong>, subliniind rolul turismului ca for\u021b\u0103 esen\u021bial\u0103 pentru&nbsp;<strong>sus\u021binerea p\u0103cii globale \u0219i ca mijloc de promovare a \u00een\u021belegerii interculturale.<\/strong>&nbsp;Evenimentul va explora cum turismul poate contribui la dezvoltarea unei culturi a p\u0103cii prin educa\u021bie \u0219i practici sustenabile, eviden\u021biind cele mai noi&nbsp;<strong>strategii de formare profesional\u0103<\/strong>&nbsp;adaptate la nevoile sectorului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201eSuntem m\u00e2ndri c\u0103 reu\u0219im s\u0103 organiz\u0103m pentru a treia oar\u0103 conferin\u021ba care promoveaz\u0103 cooperarea \u00eentre profesori \u0219i speciali\u0219ti \u00een interesul comun al form\u0103rii tinerilor pentru turism \u0219i industria ospitalit\u0103\u021bii. \u00cen acest an, turismul este s\u0103rb\u0103torit prin eviden\u021bierea leg\u0103turii sale cu pacea mondial\u0103 iar conferin\u021ba\u00a0<em>\u201eConvergen\u021be Globale: Turism, Pace \u0219i Educa\u021bie pentru o Lume Interconectat\u0103\u201d\u00a0<\/em>eviden\u021biaz\u0103 conceptul de<em>\u00a0Pace Pozitiv\u0103\u00a0<\/em>ca principal factor de generare a prosperit\u0103\u021bii economice \u0219i sociale.\u201d, declar\u0103\u00a0prof.
