{"id":3486,"date":"2024-08-13T07:44:00","date_gmt":"2024-08-13T07:44:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/magazinmr.ro\/?p=3486"},"modified":"2024-08-13T07:44:49","modified_gmt":"2024-08-13T07:44:49","slug":"3486","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/magazinmr.ro\/index.php\/2024\/08\/13\/3486\/","title":{"rendered":"De ziua M\u0103rioarei e nedeie la \u0218tefanu- Transalpina"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prin organzarea acestui eveniment, joi 15 august,&nbsp; se promoveaz\u0103 \u0219i mai mult turismul cultural \u00een zona Novaci \u2013 R\u00e2nca \u2013 Transalpina \u0219i&nbsp; are ca scop p\u0103strarea \u0219i dezvoltarea leg\u0103turilor de prietenie cu comunit\u0103\u021bile p\u0103store\u0219ti situate pe to\u021bi versan\u021bii Mun\u021bilor Par\u00e2ng.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nedeia din Stefanu are menirea de a promova Ruta turistic\u0103&nbsp;<em>\u201cDrumurile transhuman\u021bei ciobanilor nov\u0103ceni \u00een Mun\u021bii Par\u00e2ng, pe Transalpina\u201d<\/em>, rut\u0103 inclus\u0103 \u00een rutele turistice na\u021bionale \u0219i regionale de c\u0103tre M.A.E.T.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u201dV\u0103 a\u0219tept\u0103m al\u0103turi de noi pentru a ne bucura \u00eempreun\u0103 de splendoarea muntelui, de aerul curat si de gustul deosebit al produselor ciob\u0103ne\u0219ti, pe care vi le preg\u0103tesc cu at\u00e2ta dragoste\u201d<\/em>a \u021binut s\u0103 transmit\u0103 Marioara B\u0103bu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>De la St\u00e2na din \u0218tefanu,..<\/em><br><em>De pe v\u00e2rful mun\u021bilor<\/em><br><em>\u00ce\u021bi transmit, lume frumoas\u0103,<\/em><br><em>Dragostea \u0219i al meu dor!<\/em><br><em>Mul\u021bumind cu plec\u0103ciune ,<\/em><br><em>V\u0103 cuprind cu sufletul<\/em><br><em>\u0218i trimit un g\u00e2nd de bine<\/em><br><em>\u00cen lume la tot omul.<\/em><br><em>Din ce Domnul a l\u0103sat<\/em><br><em>Pe p\u0103m\u00e2ntul plin de toate<\/em><br><em>Cu mult drag am preparat<\/em><br><em>Cele mai bune bucate.<\/em><br><em>Celor ce \u00eemi calc\u0103 pragul,<\/em><br><em>Cu mult drag le preg\u0103tesc<\/em><br><em>Ca s\u0103 simt\u0103 toat\u0103 lumea<\/em><br><em>Gustul nostru Rom\u00e2nesc.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"840\" height=\"607\" src=\"https:\/\/magazinmr.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/nedeie-stefanu-840x607.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3487\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un real aport \u00een organizarea acestei nedei \u00eel au Punctul Gastronomic Local \u201cSt\u00e2na \u0218tefanu\u201d \u0219i Casa de Cultur\u0103 Novaci, &nbsp;prin Ansamblul Folcloric \u201cNedeia\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00cen cadrul evenimentului va avea loc \u0219i o &nbsp;lansarea de carte, &nbsp;ale c\u0103ror personaje sunt cei care au dat via\u021b\u0103 St\u00e2nei \u0218tefanu, scris\u0103 de v\u0103rul M\u0103rioarei B\u0103bu, dr. Dumitru G\u0103l\u0103\u021ban- &nbsp;Jie\u021b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tradi\u021bia transhuman\u021bei este veche de mii de ani, fiind o practic\u0103 important\u0103 \u00een timpul Imperiului Roman \u0219i \u00een Evul Mediu. S-a diminuat mult \u00eencep\u00e2nd cu secolul XIX. Drumurile de transhuman\u021b\u0103, erau corect marcate pe h\u0103r\u0163i \u0219i dep\u0103\u0219eau grani\u0163ele Rom\u00e2niei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00cen fa\u0163a evolu\u0163iilor sociale \u0219i agricole ale secolului al XXI-lea, transhuman\u0163a este \u00een declin. Cu toate acestea, \u00een \u0163ar\u0103 mai sunt oieri care nicidecum nu ar renun\u0163a la oierit \u0219i la via\u0163a la st\u00e2n\u0103<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pe teritoriul Rom\u00e2niei, tradi\u021bia prepar\u0103rii tocanului&nbsp; are o vechime mai mare de 50 de ani, ciobanii din M\u0103rginimea Sibiului fiind des pomeni\u0163i \u00een lucr\u0103ri etnografice ca fiind mae\u0219tri \u00een prepararea lui. \u0218i \u00een jude\u021bul Hunedoara, tocanu se prepar\u0103 de mai bine de 200 de ani, el fiind o m\u00e2ncare tradi\u021bional\u0103 a mom\u00e2rlanilor, acesta servindu-se la agape, la nun\u021bi \u0219i \u00eenmorm\u00e2tari, el fiind nelipsit \u0219i de la nedei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Acesta se prepar\u0103 din minimum o jum\u0103tate de oaie, tocat\u0103 m\u0103runt, pus\u0103 la fiert \u00een seul ei, topit \u00een prealabil; se prepar\u0103 CU OS (oaia nu merge \u00een c\u00e2rj\u0103; osul \u00eei d\u0103 savoare); se adaug\u0103 ap\u0103 de izvor la fierbere \u0219i sare grunjoas\u0103, dar f\u0103r\u0103 a amesteca: se las\u0103 ca sarea s\u0103 p\u0103trund\u0103 \u00een voie; fiind preparat \u00een seu propriu, la r\u0103cire se sloie\u0219te (de aceea trebuie m\u00e2ncat repede).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"720\" height=\"540\" src=\"https:\/\/magazinmr.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/tocanjjjj.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3488\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ciobanii \u00eel transportau \u00een transhuman\u0163a de iarn\u0103 pe m\u0103gar, \u00een burduf (pielea de oaie atent cur\u0103\u0163at\u0103); c\u00e2nd le venea foame, t\u0103iau o bucat\u0103 (precum toba de porc) o \u00eenc\u0103lzeau sau o m\u00e2ncau a\u0219a rece (aveau nevoie de proteine: mergeau \u0219i c\u00e2te 30 de km pe jos zilnic cu oile iarna).\u00a0 Nu i se adaug\u0103 alte condimente, fiindc\u0103 ciobanii nu aveau condimente la st\u00e2n\u0103 pe atunci, plus c\u0103 ad\u0103ug\u00e2nd condimente, acestea l-ar fi f\u0103cut s\u0103 se altereze repede.
