Eurodeputatul PUSL sus\u021bine o preven\u021bie mai eficient\u0103 pentru reducerea consumului de zah\u0103r!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Europarlamentarul PUSL, Maria Grapini, membru \u00een grupul S&amp;D, a reiterat necesitatea unei preven\u021bii mai eficiente \u00een privin\u021ba reducerii consumului de zah\u0103r, consum care afecteaz\u0103 puternic s\u0103n\u0103tatea cet\u0103\u021benilor.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201eInten\u021bia a fost bun\u0103 pentru c\u0103, \u00een toat\u0103 statele Uniunii Europene, s-a pus problema sc\u0103derii consumului de zah\u0103r, av\u00e2nd \u00een vedere efectul nociv asupra s\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u021bii. Exist\u0103 re\u021bete \u00een toat\u0103 lumea la diferite produse \u0219i, ca atare, trebuie verificat dac\u0103 re\u021betele se respect\u0103. Se putea \u00eens\u0103 g\u0103si o alt\u0103 solu\u021bie pentru reducerea cosumului de zah\u0103r. \u0218i anume, verific\u0103ri stricte privind intr\u0103rile cantit\u0103\u021bilor de zah\u0103r \u00een cofet\u0103rii, respectiv cantitatea ie\u0219irilor de produse din acestea, dac\u0103 se vrea cu adev\u0103rat s\u0103 se \u021bin\u0103 sub control aceast\u0103 situa\u021bie!\u201d, a transmis eurodeputatul Maria  Grapini.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"840\" height=\"840\" src=\"https:\/\/magazinmr.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/IMG-20240215-WA0010-840x840.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2219\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De asemenea, europarlamentarul umanist a men\u021bionat c\u0103, pentru sc\u0103derea consumului de zah\u0103r, b\u0103uturi carbogazoase \u0219i spirtoase, preven\u021bia este mult mai bun\u0103 dec\u00e2t tratamentul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De men\u021bionat c\u0103 eurodeputatul PUSL a sus\u021binut de numeroase ori c\u0103 este dreptul consumatorului s\u0103 aleag\u0103 ce m\u0103n\u00e2nc\u0103<strong>. <em>\u201cAm pledat \u0219i pledez pentru conservarea tradi\u021biilor, inclusiv \u00een domeniul alimenta\u021biei, \u0219i nu voi sus\u021bine niciodat\u0103 altfel de alimente pentru care nu avem studii solide privind impactul asupra s\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u021bii\u201d<\/em>,<\/strong> a punctat eurodeputatul Grapini.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Potrivit europarlamentarului PUSL, c\u00e2t timp nu vor fi publicate studii care s\u0103 arate, f\u0103r\u0103 dubii, c\u0103 aceste plante modificate genetic nu aduc atingere s\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u021bii omului, nu va fi de acord cu aceste lucruri.<em>\u201d  \u00cen niciun caz,  nu pot fi luate ca argumente valide faptul c\u0103 o companie sau un institut oarecare \u2013 care, evident, vrea s\u0103 c\u00e2\u0219tige prin aceast\u0103 inova\u021bie \u2013\u00a0 spune c\u0103 nu se aduce atingere s\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u021bii omului. M-am luptat pentru etichetarea corect\u0103 a produselor, chiar unii produc\u0103tori din Rom\u00e2nia au fost sup\u0103ra\u021bi din aceast\u0103 cauz\u0103. Spunem c\u0103 suntem m\u00e2ndri de sectorul agricol dar, oare, fermierii sunt m\u00e2ndri de ce facem noi pentru ei? Eu am spus c\u0103 trebuie s\u0103 scrie clar pe etichet\u0103 \u0219i de unde vine carnea. Dac\u0103 este, spre exemplu, carne de cal din Uruguay, s\u0103 scrie pe etichet\u0103 acest lucru pentru c\u0103 eu, ca \u0219i consumator, trebuie s\u0103 \u0219tiu ce m\u0103n\u00e2nc\u201d<\/em>, a mai completat eurodeputatul umanist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Constat\u0103rile  \u00een combina\u021bie cu orient\u0103rile existente ale Organiza\u021biei Mondiale a S\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u021bii (OMS), ale Fondului Mondial de Cercetare a Cancerului \u0219i ale Institutului American de Cercetare a Cancerului \u2013 sugereaz\u0103 c\u0103 oamenii ar trebui s\u0103 limiteze consumul de zah\u0103r ad\u0103ugat la mai pu\u021bin de 25 de grame, sau aproximativ 6 linguri\u021be, pe zi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At\u00e2t de mult zah\u0103r se g\u0103se\u0219te \u00een 2 \u00bd fursecuri cu fulgi de ciocolat\u0103 \u0219i aproximativ 1 \u00bd linguri\u021b\u0103 de miere. O gogoa\u0219\u0103 are \u00een jur de 15 p\u00e2n\u0103 la 30 de grame de zah\u0103r, potrivit Clinicii Cleveland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Autorii recomand\u0103, de asemenea, reducerea consumului de b\u0103uturi \u00eendulcite cu zah\u0103r la mai pu\u021bin de o por\u021bie (aproximativ 200 p\u00e2n\u0103 la 355 mililitri) pe s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2n\u0103. Aceasta este echivalentul unui suc de p\u00e2n\u0103 la pu\u021bin peste 300 de mililitri, potrivit speciali\u0219tilor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"275\" height=\"183\" src=\"https:\/\/magazinmr.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/download.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2220\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pentru a schimba modelele de consum de zah\u0103r, autorii consider\u0103 c\u0103 <em>\u201eeste nevoie urgent\u0103 de educa\u021bie \u0219i politici de s\u0103n\u0103tate public\u0103 pe scar\u0103 larg\u0103 la nivel mondial\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dar,  exist\u0103 unele schimb\u0103ri pe care speciali\u0219tii spun c\u0103 le putem face pe cont propriu \u0219i anume:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>S\u0103 \u0219tim ce introducem \u00een organism, citind etichetele nutri\u021bionale chiar \u0219i pe cele de pe alimentele la care nu ne g\u00e2ndim c\u0103 pot con\u021bine zah\u0103r, cum ar fi p\u00e2inea, cerealele pentru micul dejun, iaurturile sau condimentele. Aceste alimente au, de obicei, o mul\u021bime de zah\u0103r ad\u0103ugat, spun speciali\u0219tii.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>S\u0103 opt\u0103m pentru ap\u0103 \u00eendulcit\u0103 cu felii de fructe \u00een locul b\u0103uturilor zaharoase, \u0219i pentru fructe proaspete sau congelate la desert, \u00een locul pr\u0103jiturilor sau \u00eenghe\u021batei. G\u0103titul \u0219i pr\u0103jiturile de cas\u0103 sunt cele mai bune modalit\u0103\u021bi de a reduce consumul de zah\u0103r, potrivit nutri\u021bioni\u0219tilor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De asemenea, ob\u021binerea unui somn suficient \u0219i de bun\u0103 calitate \u00een mod regulat ar ajuta <em>\u201edeoarece exist\u0103 tendin\u021ba de a alege alimente mai bogate \u00een zah\u0103r,  atunci c\u00e2nd suntem obosi\u021bi\u201d,<\/em> spun autorii studiului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Maria Grapini avertizeaz\u0103 \u00een privin\u021ba efectelor nocive, ale consumului de zah\u0103r, asupra s\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u021bii.
